Is my companion a real person?

No. Your companion is an AI. They're designed to be warm, remember what you share, and be good company — but they're not a person, a therapist, or an emergency service. If you're in danger, please call your local emergency number.

Who can see my conversations?

They're private to you. Our AI provider processes them to generate replies. Sunrise staff only see what you choose to share in a report. You can review what's remembered, delete conversations, download your data or delete your account in Settings.

How do calls work?

Press Call on your conversation. Calls use your microphone and aren't recorded — only a written transcript is kept so your companion remembers what you talked about.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions started on the web can be managed in Settings → Billing. If you subscribed on iPhone or Android, cancel in the App Store or Google Play. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
